"This garden seat is great ! I can't use the kneeler part due to both my knees being knee replacements. But I bought this item to have a seat higher than my 5 gallon bucket to sit on. The bucket was too low and my knees would grind and burn horribly when trying to get up. But this kneeler seat is 2.5 to 3 inches higher and helps a great deal without being too tall. Also the seat is very comfortable since it is a sturdy cushion that should last a long time with proper care.. The tool bag is quite an added bonus. Definately this is a very good investment at a low price.."

"Purchased this for the sole purpose of using inside. We don't have a tub, just a shower. Getting down on my hands and knees to clean is proving very difficult without being able to use the sides of a tub. Getting down is bad enough, getting up sometimes proves to be quite comical. So I had this great idea to buy a garden kneeler, like the one I use outside, which is great...different type of kneeler, I've had that one for over 20 years. As soon as I got this, I unfolded it and tried it. Support seems very strong, I did not have a problem getting down, and getting up was a breeze. What is weight capacity?
Height when used as a seat rather than a kneeler?
It's 1 ft. 5 inches. high for the seat and the handles are 19 inches
Is the pad comfortable? Is it firm or more of like a memory foam?
The pad is very sturdy, and able to seat a tall person comfortably. If you flip it over to kneel, the pad is a bit more cushy, and it's smooth, so your knees don't get abrasions.
How deep (front to back) is the seat cushion?
6 inches deep, 16 inches long
Is there a lock to make sure the legs stay straight?
Not a lock exactly, but a detent is employed to resist the legs folding back up.
Do I have to assemble it?
No, it comes already put together. It is just a matter of unfolding the legs, making sure they snap into place and it is ready to use either as a seat, or flipped over for a kneeling pad. In effect. the underside of the seat is the kneeling pad
How heavy is a Garden Kneeler Seat?
It only weights 5lbs or 2.2kg
